Orbita has just launched and is currently run by a private individual based in Riedenburg, Germany. There is no registered company yet: once invoicing starts, a company will be incorporated and these documents will be updated with the legal name, register, VAT number and full address.

No company has been incorporated yet: Orbita is a project brand, not a registered legal name.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
