Refund policy
How refunds, cancellations and technical issues are handled for purchases on Orbita.
Orbita has just launched and is currently run by a private individual based in Riedenburg, Germany. There is no registered company yet: once invoicing starts, a company will be incorporated and these documents will be updated with the legal name, register, VAT number and full address.
1. Current status
Orbita has just launched: while billing is not active no amounts are charged, so no refunds can arise.
This policy applies automatically from the first real payment.
2. Pro subscription
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Started months are not refunded pro rata, except under the right of withdrawal or for a malfunction attributable to Orbita.
3. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts, as set out in the withdrawal notice.
4. Malfunctions
If a paid feature is unusable due to a technical problem on our side, we refund the affected period or extend the subscription accordingly.
Write to hello@streamorbita.live within 14 days of the issue, stating the date, time and a description.
5. Purchases from creators
For tickets or content bought from a creator, the main contract is with that creator. Orbita acts as a technical intermediary and helps resolve the request.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days; crediting times depend on your bank or card scheme.
7. Abuse
We may decline manifestly abusive or repeated requests and suspend accounts in case of unjustified chargebacks.
