Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal notice for consumers and model form, under German and EU law.
Orbita has just launched and is currently run by a private individual based in Riedenburg, Germany. There is no registered company yet: once invoicing starts, a company will be incorporated and these documents will be updated with the legal name, register, VAT number and full address.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day the contract is concluded (for digital services and subscriptions).
2. How to exercise it
To withdraw, send a clear statement to hello@streamorbita.live (email is sufficient; you may use the model form below).
To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice.
We use the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
4. Early performance
If you asked the service to start during the withdrawal period, you owe an amount proportionate to what was supplied until you informed us.
The right of withdrawal lapses for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing that right.
